The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has created an enabling and light-touch regulatory regime, while protecting the consumer’s interest at the same time, Dr P.D Vaghela, TRAI chairman said, speaking at an event celebrating the silver jubilee of the regulatory body established in 1997.
