Salt Spring Island 'chicken war' moves to court as rooster owner challenges noise bylaw

Salt Spring Island's rooster ruckus is expected to come to a head next month in Victoria provincial court when a hobby farmer plans to challenge a ticket for violating the island's noise abatement bylaw.
