AN unrecognisable gran has revealed her tattoo transformation and people are all saying one thing.

After spending thousands of pounds on ink the grandmother has shared snaps showing her image change over the decades.

Kerstin Tristan has so far spent £25,000 on her body art, and now she’s uploaded a before and after post to her Instagram.

The images were taken in 1992, 2014 and 2022 and show her 30-year devotion to a permanent hobby.

Kerstin flaunts her tatts to her 184,000 followers under the name @tattoo_butterfly_flower.

The eccentric granny’s hair is as colourful as her skin as she switches between shocks of red, bleach blonde and auburn.

In her 1992 snap, she looks innocent and endearing — now she looks a little more feisty.

Kersitn’s army of followers adore her carefully curated collection of pics that show off her work.

Kerstin also shares videos of herself and her tatts on TikTok, along with adult content on OnlyFans, where she has blown up even more.

She offers a private view of her works on OnlyFans to her near one million followers.

Other posts show the model from Leipzig, Germany, wearing lingerie – occasionally with a robe.

In one shot Kerstin is pulling down her underwear to display her more private tattoos.

This comes as another public figure underwent a tattoo transformation.
