Man charged in spree of robberies in Lakeview and Lincoln Park area, including one that left former culinary student shot and severely injured

A 19-year-old man “basically terrorized” the Lakeview and Lincoln Park neighborhoods with a five-hour robbery spree culminating in the shooting of 23-year-old Dakotah Earley.
