Carjacking, police pursuit ends in officer-involved shooting on Cline Avenue

A carjacking suspect holding a firearm was shot at by an Indiana State Police trooper after he crashed into the trooper’s car and attempted to flee on foot Monday afternoon on Cline Avenue near the Borman Expressway, police said.
