BJP Vice President DK Aruna moved a statement at the party National Executive Meet here on Sunday criticizing the state of affairs in Telangana. Talking to reporters later, union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said it is an “unfortunate situation” in Telangana where development projects have been stalled, pushing up the cost by up to three times.
