Manoj Sinha said that the country's prime minister and home minister have promised in Parliament that the elections would be held in J&K after the completion of the delimitation exercise. The LG expressed these views during a late Saturday night function organised to felicitate senior Congress leader Karan Singh for his contribution to the erstwhile state of J&K.
