UAlbany's Marshall Winn makes pro debut for ValleyCats

Winn and his beard made their professional debut on Saturday in the ValleyCats’ 9-4 victory over the Empire State Greys at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium. He's the first UAlbany alumnus to play for Tri-City.

The righthander entered in the top of the eighth with a 9-1 lead. He struck out his first batter swinging in a 1-2-3 inning that concluded with a strikeout looking.
