Jharkhand governor Ramesh Bais and BJP’s legislative party leader Babulal Marandi will attend the swearing-in ceremony of Droupadi Murmu as the 15th President of India in New Delhi on Monday.Chief minister Hemant Soren has also been invited to the ceremony but he is unlikely to attend it.
