'Encourage' use of bhang over liquor to prevent crime: Chhattisgarh BJP MLA

Chhattisgarh BJP MLA has suggested that use of bhang, cannabis be encouraged as alternatives to liquor, claiming people addicted to these substances hardly commit crimes like rape, murder and dacoity
