The Yamunanagar deputy commissioner (DC) Parth Gupta ordered a magistrate enquiry on Monday, to ascertain the facts of the incident involving road accident with Kanwar pilgrims and arson in protest by them on Ladwa-Radaur road in Radaur sub-division of the district on Sunday evening.
