Remains found at serial killer’s ‘house of horrors’ in 1981 finally identified

DNA has helped identify human remains that were found 41 years ago in Spring Hill, Florida, as 16-year-old Theresa Caroline Fillingim. The missing teen had been murdered by convicted serial killer Billy Mansfield Jr, who is serving a life sentence.
