A competent authority under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in Kolkata has granted permission to the special task force (STF) of state Crime Branch to confiscate assets worth over Rs 1.32 crore of a drug trafficker in Bhubaneswar.
