Helicopters rescue about 400 from Kentucky floods

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear says infrastructure damage is hampering efforts to help residents hit by massive flooding. At least 28 people are dead. The National Guard estimates about 400 people have been rescued by helicopter. (Aug. 1)(AP Video/Mike Pesoli)
