Report: Rays acquire LHP Garrett Cleavinger from Dodgers

The Tampa Bay Rays acquired left-handed reliever Garrett Cleavinger from the Los Angeles Dodgers on Monday in exchange for minor league outfielder German Tapia, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

Cleavinger, 28, has appeared mostly in Triple-A this season, going 0-2 with a 2.79 ERA in 22 appearances at Oklahoma City.

The former third-round draft pick by the Baltimore Orioles is 0-1 with a 10.38 ERA in four appearances with t
