She posted a recent TikTok explaining how to hide thick thighs or wide hips for women that fit into the pear-shaped category.

“This has a tie here, it’s drawing the eye up away from your consideration area,” she says, pointing to her client’s shirt.
The tie and extravagant pattern on the shirt are examples of how textures and prints can be tools for distraction.

However, since the sweater has a bunchy hemline, her client’s thighs are mostly hidden.
