Congress, other members in Belagavi City Corporation cut cake in protest

The Belagavi City Corporation’s (BCC) elected representatives from the Congress, Maharashtra Ekikaran Samiti (MES) and Independents on Tuesday cut a cake in an unusual protest to mark a full year gone in public office without taking the oath.
