Compressed biogas (CBG) and green coal (torrefied charcoal) will be made from 800 tonnes of waste coming out of Noida daily, officials have said. Besides, the Noida Authority will save Rs 29 crore annually in processing municipal solid waste once a CBG plant and a green coal plant become functional here.
