President Cyril Ramaphosa has sent his “sincere congratulations” to Liz Truss, following her appointment as PM of the UK of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The President posits that South Africa and the UK’s strategic relationship of “historically strong and friendly relations” will continue to grow.
