Promises to stop nuclear tests must become binding obligation

TEHRAN, Sep. 07 (MNA) – Iran’s Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN said that the unilateral promises to stop nuclear tests are in no way a substitute for nuclear disarmament and must become a binding legal obligation.
