I regularly travel along both 16th Avenue N.W. and Memorial Drive. The landscaping that was installed after both roads were refurbished several years ago was beautiful and I was proud that visitors would see these displays showcasing pride in our city. Unfortunately, both areas have been allowed to deteriorate to the point they are now an embarrassment.
