Maduro ready to hold talks with US over normalizing ties

TEHRAN, Sep. 24 (MNA) – Venezuelan Foreign Minister Carlos Faria announced that the President of the country Nicolas Maduro is willing to negotiate with the US government for normalizing the two countries' relations.
