I let my kids play on my filthy floor… trolls slam me for horrible parenting, but I don’t get why they’re so fired up
BEING a parent is no easy task, especially if you have two young kids, one of whom is a baby.
And whilst usually people try their best to not judge others’s parenting, one mum has been slammed online after sharing a video of her little girl dragging her fourth-month-old brother on filthy floor.
The clip, shared by Emily Boazman, believed to be from the US, has gone viral on TikTok and has raised millions of eyebrows across the platform.
In the video, which has been viewed over 1.6million times in just two days, Emily could be seen filming her two kids playing on the floor of their living room.
But although it might sound innocent, it’s the way the siblings were playing that got everyone talking – the four-year-old daughter was dragging her baby brother across the dirty room by his feet.
Here, rather than stepping in, Emily kept on recording the moment, which she seemed to find amusing.
”Guess what birth order she is,” the mum chuckled in the caption.
However, social media users did not seem to think the situation was funny – thousands slammed Emily for ”horrible parenting”.
Not only were people perplexed that she didn’t do something about it, many also pointed out to the bits of rubbish on the filthy carpet.
”More concerned about the 55 choking hazards all over the floor,” one person commented.
Someone else wondered: ”This is ok with you because.. ?”
Another agreed, adding: ”And that’s how you pull and arm or leg out of socket.”

A mum warned: ”my daughter did this and gave my son carpet burn on tha back of his head.
”I showed her how to pull in on a blanket to move him instead.”
After going viral for all the wrong reasons, Emily took to TikTok to hit back at everyone and explain her point of view.
”My last video got so much hate…
”A lot of the comments are from, like, 50 or 60-year-old ladies.
”I can’t imagine my mum who is in her sixties taking her time to comment on videos like this. Like never – she couldn’t care less.”
With the baby in her arms, Emily then addressed the messy state of the property, claiming they had only purchased it a week ago and we’re in the process of transforming it fully.
”We don’t live there. So, the girls play there while we remodel, he sits in his mamaroo and watches me and my husband work.”
On the day the clip was being filmed, one of the daughters had played with toilet paper, which then was left on the dirty carpet shredded in pieces.
”So we were about to leave and I laid him in the room – away from all the toilet paper cause I am very cautious about choking.”
As Emily stepped outside to get the car seat for the baby, his big sister started dragging him all around the room – and Emily began recording the moment.
”They are very careful with him, they’re never allowed to just pick him up.
”They can’t pull his arms because they can go out of a socket; legs are way stronger,” Emily reckoned.
”I’m wondering – did people have kids?”
Ending the video, the mum claimed that these comments don’t get to her – after all, none of the social media users truly know her.
