Minimum temperature rises to 10 degrees Celsius in Gurugram, air still 'poor'

A thin layer of mist enveloped the city on Saturday morning, with the minimum temperature settling at 10.1 degrees Celsius, three notches above the normal, up from 9.5 degrees the previous day.
