Top hostage negotiator's message to Paul Whelan: 'Keep the faith, we're coming to get you'

On CNN's State of the Union, Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs Roger Carstens says that he personally spoke with Paul Whelan and tells Dana Bash "there's always cards" to play to bring him home from Russia.
