Russia-Iran Astara rail transportation to operationalize soon

TEHRAN, Dec. 17 (MNA) – The Iranian ambassador to Moscow predicted the operationalization of regular rail transport of goods from Russia's territories to the northern Iranian city of Astara in the near future.
