Had a cracking pub lunch today in The Dam Busters Inn (which is in the village of Scampton, which gave its name to the adjacent RAF base from where the famous Dam Busters squadron were based back in WW2. When I was living up here in the 70/80s Vulcans flew from Scampton and up until recently the Red Arrows were based there) along with a cracking pint - Rudgate Brewery Ruby Mild (never come across before - seemingly Rudgate Brewery is near Wetherby).
