Campbell crime report for the week of Jan. 6
Dec. 19
7:35 p.m. in the 00 block of South Fourth Street: A man, 32, pushed the victim into a window during an argument.
8:39 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A man, 43, was stopped for a vehicle code violation on his bike. He had a warrant and possessed needles.
12:19 a.m. in the 400 block of Union Avenue: A man, 22, was intoxicated and causing a disturbance in the parking lot.
3:34 a.m. at Whiteoaks and Redding roads: Two suspects entered some unlocked cars on Whiteoaks Road. They were also seen running from a car that was on fire, and ran from officers. Both were caught a short distance away.
Dec. 20
Overnight in the 700 block of Sobrato Drive: The rear license plate was stolen from a 2008 Nissan.
Overnight in the 200 block of Wilton Drive: Someone broke into mailboxes and took mail.
3:22 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Budd Avenue: A driver, 38, was involved in a vehicle collision with injuries and was found to be DUI.
2:55 p.m. at South Bascom and East Hamilton avenues: The driver of a 2006 Silver Mitsubishi sedan collided with the rear end of a vehicle then fled. No Injuries were reported.
3:54 p.m. in the 900 block of Dell Avenue: The driver of a gold Buick struck the victim while she was walking in the parking lot. The victim refused medical attention.
5:45 p.m. in the 2200 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone broke the window to a vehicle and took a laptop.
9:35 p.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Latimer Avenue: A man, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
11:09 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue: Someone took a purse from an unlocked car.
Second and Grant streets: A woman, 30, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
12:39 a.m. at Camden and Curtner avenues: A woman, 36, and a man, 30, were stopped for a vehicle code violation. The woman had a warrant. The man had a small 6M, meth and a pipe.
1:35 a.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 23, was arrested on his parole violation warrant.
Dec. 21
9 a.m. in the 1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 56, threatened to kill the victim, who was fearful and desired prosecution.
10:09 a.m. in the 300 block of East Campbell Avenue: An officer was flagged down regarding an intoxicated man, 26, who was challenging people to fight. The man was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
2:22 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 31, was causing a disturbance and was under the influence of a controlled substance. During a search, drug paraphernalia was found. The man also had a warrant for $5,000 out of San Mateo for drug-related charges.
6:16 p.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: A man, 27, had meth, a pipe and a concealed dirk or dagger.
6:47 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 34, was on top of the counter and throwing items. She was found to be under the influence and had cocaine in her belongings. She resisted officers when she was arrested.
9:59 p.m. in the 200 block of Orchard City Drive: A man, 33, was passed out, blocking the roadway in his vehicle. He also had a felony warrant.
12:45 a.m. at South Bascom Avenue and Apricot Drive: A man, 47, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
3:56 a.m. in the 300 block of East McGlincy Lane: Two suspects were seen on live video breaking into a work van. Officers arrived on scene, and the suspects got into a Ford E250 van with two lost or stolen plates. The suspects drove toward an officer who was getting out of his car, then hit the officer’s push bar before fleeing. A short pursuit was terminated after they went southbound in the northbound lanes of Highway 17 at Whiteoaks Road.
7:22 a.m. in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: Someone stole the catalytic convertor from a car.
2:27 p.m. in the 70 block of East Rosemary Lane: Someone used the victim’s personal ID information to purchase items from a store and had it delivered somewhere.
2:33 p.m. in the 100 block of Union Avenue: The victim reported that she believed her ex-husband placed a tracking device on her vehicle.
3:48 p.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: A man, 30, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and fentanyl.
4:52 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Three suspects stole items from a display.
Dec. 22
6:31 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 34, was causing a disturbance and stole items.
8:24 p.m. in the 200 block of Budd Avenue: Someone smashed the window of a vehicle and caused damage to the steering wheel column.
9:41 p.m. in the 600 block of Aram Avenue: During an argument, the suspect brandished a taser at the victim and arched it, but no threats were made. The victim desired prosecution against the suspect. The victim also stated she heard a “click” then possibly saw a handgun. There are no firearms registered to the suspect.
11:31 p.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Cherry Lane: A man, 33, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
12:27 a.m. at West Campbell Avenue and Jeffery Way: A driver, 27, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI. The suspect had a pair of composite knuckles.
12:39 a.m. at East Campbell and Gilman avenues: A man, 25, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
1:52 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and East Campbell Avenue: A man, 50, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to have four misdemeanor warrants.
2:39 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue:
(S1) Patrick Woodruff, 34 years old, and (S2) Gary Labrosse, 36 years old were contacted after the (RP) saw them
Two men were seen throwing furniture over a fence. Both were in possession of methamphetamine, and one also had fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. It was determined the furniture was taken from the dumpster area.
2 a.m. in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: Suspects cut through a fence but could not gain access. They fled in a white van.
Dec. 23
9:21 a.m. at Hamilton and Bascom avenues: A man, 22, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. A woman, 21, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
9:39 a.m. in the 1100 block of Glenblair Way: A 16-year-old splashed water on the victim, who requested prosecution.
12:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone forced entry into a parked car and stole her purse.
12:41 p.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 19, shoplifted alcohol and was cited.
1:28 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Four suspects entered a business, stole various items and fled in a silver BMW.
3:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Orchard Oak Circle: Someone stole a package from the victim’s porch.
3:22 p.m.in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A woman was believed to be shoplifting. She was confronted and lifted her dress, exposing herself.
4:12 p.m. in the 200 block of Watson Drive: A man, 27, was in possession of a stolen 2019 Toyota Prius. He had an outstanding warrant and possessed drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
7:42 p.m. at Erin Way and Curtner Avenue: A man, 28, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was in possession of a stolen California ID card.
8:58 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: The suspect fled in a van after stealing merchandise from a store.
11:16 p.m. at North First Street and East Latimer Avenue: A woman, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
12:16 p.m. in the 300 block of Orchard City Drive: A man, 45, was causing a disturbance in a business and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
12:04 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hacienda Avenue: A woman, 32, was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
12:56 a.m. at East Campbell and Central avenues: A man, 21, was seen vandalizing a window with a sharpie. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
1:23 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and East Campbell Avenue: A man, 27, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
1:47 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 22, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
3:21 a.m. at North First and Grant streets: A woman, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
4:28 a.m. at Union and East Campbell avenues: A man, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was in possession of a dirk/dagger.
4:44 a.m. in the 1100 block of Aubrey Avenue: A man, 26, was found inside of a residence. He was extremely intoxicated.
Dec. 24
5:46 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 42, was causing a disturbance. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia.
6:49 a.m. in the 800 block of Old Orchard Road: Someone was interrupted while stealing a catalytic converter.
1:40 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 36, stole items and fled. He was located and placed under arrest. He was out on bail for a prior felony arrest
2:01 p.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Employees were seen setting off fireworks. Approximately 10 minutes later, a shipping container caught on fire.
6:32 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 41, was called in as a drunk driver and found to be DUI.
2:12 a.m. in the 600 block of Almarida Drive: During a physical altercation, a man, 36, punched the victim in the chest and left side of her face, causing bruising. They have a served peaceful contact order between them.
3:23 a.m. in the 100 block of Harrison Avenue: A woman, 29, is the restrained party in a no contact/stay away restraining order with the victim. She came to the residence, lit a fire on the front porch and damaged a basket. The victim wanted prosecution.
Dec. 25
10:13 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone threatened to shoot an employee then fled prior to officers’ arrival.
1:32 p.m. in the 700 block of Sharmon Palms: The suspect, 31, got into an argument slapped the victim on the face. They fled prior to officers’ arrival and later came to the police station.
11:42 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 30, was contacted in the parking lot and found to have a warrant for his arrest.
1:45 a.m. at Campbell Avenue and Third Street: A man, 28, was passed out in his car, blocking the roadway, and found to be DUI.
