The Adani Group has approached the Uttar Pradesh government for 700 acres near the Noida International Airport to set up an industrial and warehousing complex. The group would deposit 50 of the land value upfront so that it could be acquired without any hurdle. The group has proposed a logistics park at Tappal Bajna under the “phase 2 master plan” of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. The development of the upcoming Jewar Airport shall further add impetus to this growth.
