Ontario NDP move up rubber-stamp vote to confirm MPP Marit Stiles as leader

Ontario’s New Democrats will pass the torch to incoming leader Marit Stiles on Feb. 4, a month earlier than planned and in time for the return of the legislature from its winter break.
