Brazil rejoins Community of Latin American and Caribbean States

SAO PAULO, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- Brazil on Thursday informed member countries of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) of its "full and immediate" reincorporation into the regional bloc.
