Someone tried to break into the childhood home of Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles on Thursday evening, the Los Angeles Police Department told ABC7.
The LAPD told ABC7 that officers responded to a call around 9:15 pm local time after a man hopped a fence into the yard of the home, which still belongs to Eilish and O'Connell's parents.
It remains unclear if he tried to take anything from the home, but a spokesperson for the LAPD told Insider that a suspect was booked on burglary charges on Thursday night.
The spokesperson said the suspect was wearing all-black clothing when they were taken into custody.
Video of the suspect being handcuffed and taken into custody was posted to the Citizen app.
Representatives for Eilish did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment.
