Alleging that BJP leaders and ministers have been routinely trying to divert the attention of the people from their "failed promises", Kharge said at a Congress rally in Panipat: "There is an election in Tripura. Home minister Amit Shah went there and said Ram Temple is being constructed and its inauguration is on January 1. Everybody has faith in god, but why are you announcing it during the election?
