The doddering geezer started off the new year with a bang, congratulating "President [Kamala] Harris" for her efforts to secure the southern border and promising to combat the "serious and deadly promise" of drug smuggling to ensure that "people here can there, there."

Sleepy Joe played the hits this week, busting out his signature old man cough, falsely claiming to have been "appointed" to the U.S. Naval Academy in 1965, momentarily blacking out during a press conference, and spouting nonsense about the NFL.
