Let's say that you took a photo of a street scene and in the photo there were 3 men working in a hole in the ground, alongside an empty industrial building. The men look dishevelled at best, possibly travellers.

Then let's say that months later the building was raided by police, found to be full of cannabis plants and the growers had bypassed the meter down the very hole that you happen to have taken a photo of.
