Frank Lloyd Wright's final house, a 3,100-square-foot home with a private pool and vast views of downtown Phoenix, just hit the market for $8.95 million. Take a look inside.

The Norman Lykes House, also known as the Circle Sun House, was one of just 14 circular homes designed by famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

The house was designed to blend in to the natural environment that surrounds it, and includes vast views of downtown Phoenix, similar to Wright's own home and studio, Taliesin West, located in Scottsdale.

The main entryway to the house features the 'compress and release' design concept — where tight entry spaces opened up to a larger, open room — that Frank Lloyd Wright was known for.

There are several half-moon skylights sprinkled throughout the house that let in lots of natural light.

The home is being represented by Deanna Peters with HomeSmart out of Phoenix. It previously sold for $1.67 million in 2019.

Architect Erik Peterson with PHX Architecture, one of Wright's apprentices, told the local FOX 10 news station that the famed architect would 'want the home to evolve' with its next owner.

Every room in the house has unobstructed views of Palm Canyon.

The hallways in Circle Sun House also include curved wooden storage cabinets

The kitchen includes curved countertops, inlaid lighting for the cabinets, and half-moon windows.

The bedrooms at Circle Sun House include sweeping views of the mountains and downtown Phoenix.

The primary bathroom includes honed Italian rose marble.

On top of the house is an office that includes built-in curved bookshelves and a large wooden desk.

The half-moon pool in the home's backyard includes mother of pearl tile, according to the listing.

Frank Lloyd Wright homes often include car ports because 'a car is not a horse, and it doesn't need a barn,' he once said.
