Tory MPs are asking 'what the f*** is going on' over levelling up funds says DAVID MADDOX

A Red Wall MP in a marginal seat summed up the announcement on the levelling up funds: "They [the Government] have stuffed a load of illegal immigrants in a hotel in the middle of my constituency and they have handed levelling up cash to rich people in Surrey and Labour constituencies. What the f*** is going on?"
