Ex-NFL player Aldon Smith agrees to plea deal in 2021 DUI case as he faces up to 16 months of jail

Smith is expected to learn his sentencing in March. He received the two felony DUI charges in December 2021 - when he allegedly crashed his pickup truck into a stopped vehicle on a freeway exit ramp.
