We’re known as the ‘tallest family on the Internet’ – trolls skinny shame us as ‘giants’ & tell us to ‘eat more’
BEING tall has its advantages, including reaching those high shelves, always being spotted while queueing at the bar, or being able to see over big crowds.
But this family-of-six, who claim to be ‘the tallest family on the Internet’, say they get stared at in the street and trolls slam them as ‘skinny giants’ who should ‘eat more’.
The Clarks from Carolina are genetically blessed with long limbs, headed up by dad Rob who is 6ft 6″ and mum Rochelle at 5ft 9″.
Their eldest son, Carter, 17, is the tallest at 7ft 1″, daughter Abby, 15, is 5ft 10″, the youngest daughter Avery, 13, is taller than her sister at 6ft 1″, and their youngest son, who is only 11, is 5ft 4″.
But while they’ve taken the Internet by storm in the past two years, showing off their life to 1.3million TikTok viewers, trolls still go after them.
In a recent video, captioned with: “Telling tall and skinny people to eat more and hit the weight room”, the tallest kids Carter and Avery hit back at those who skinny shame them.

In the comments box they simply wrote: “Really good point, thank you.”
In fact, Carter regularly posts about how his favourite hobby is ‘eating’ and he is known in the family as ‘Chef Carter’ because he’s often whipping up treats to feast on.
Being 7ft 1″, Carter also spends loads of time playing basketball while daughter Avery also plays for the Greenville Comets.
While most of their followers love seeing how the family grows at the speed of light, others often make snide comments about them.
“You’re giants, we get it,” one follower recently posted.
“Being tall is your only personality,” another quipped to which they responded with an epic comeback using TikTok’s CatCup boat meme trend, securing them a huge 108k views.
But the love they get, thankfully, normally drowns out the trolling.
“Don’t take the hate y’all amazing!” one fan said.
While another praised them saying: “Y’all Make me not be ashamed of being tall.”
