Alec Baldwin to be charged over "Rust" shooting

Actor Alec Baldwin is being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the deadly shooting on the set of the film "Rust." The film's weapon specialist Hannah Gutierrez-Reed will also face the same charges. Kris Van Cleave reports.
