Fox Biz Feigns Outrage Over SCOTUS Leaker. What About Alito?
Congressman Mike Waltz from Florida feigned outrage that the person responsible for leaking the memo (which ultimately reversed Roe V Wade) hasn't been found -- and with no proof -- blamed "the left."
On Fox Business, the Congressman said, "We know which side this leak came from, and it astounds me that we can't find it, and I think the damage is going to be everlasting to the credibility of the Supreme Court." Waltz said.
Rep. Waltz did his best to defend the poor, maligned, kangaroo Supreme Court justices and used a typical talking point around "conservative victimhood."
"Imagine if the leak had been on the other side? And we had a liberal justice's life threatened by some MAGA hat-wearing potential assassin? They would have the entire federal government turn out to find this individual," Waltz said.
Varney jumped in with a warning. "The deliberative process has been corrupted and could be corrupted again."
Yet, when Speaker Pelosi's husband was attacked with a hammer in their home by a MAGA lover, Republicans either developed a sick conspiracy theory, or said nothing.
What Waltz and Republicans have failed to discuss was, were the Supreme justices interviewed over the leak?
