Three infants die of 'cold' in Assam

Priyanshu Proja, a three-month-old baby boy, died on the night of January 11 when his mother, a tea garden worker, went to collect her bonus payment taking the child with her. It was a very cold night, said the infant's father, Ajay Proja.
