A truck carrying 320 kg of cannabis was seized in Guwahati, Assam. The drugs were being sourced from Manipur and their value is estimated at over Rs 2 crore in the international market. One person has been arrested in connection with the seizure. The chief minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, congratulated the Guwahati police on the successful operation.
