Shashi Tharoor's "Small Factions" Remark Amid Sachin Pilot vs Ashok Gehlot

Lok Sabha MP Shashi Tharoor on Saturday sought to play down the feud between Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot by saying that factionalism exists in every political party.
