In the National Capital Region, however, office rents remained stable during the quarter. Prime rentals in all the three Indian cities are expected to increase over the next 12 months, backed by healthy demand for office space, according to the study. The office markets in Auckland (5.9%) and Singapore (5.5%) came in next after Bengaluru and Mumbai for rental growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
