Twin Explosions rock Jammu and Kashmir
Two explosions that occurred in Jammu on Saturday resulted in seven injuries. The city’s Narwal district is where the explosions took place.
At least seven people were injured after twin blasts rocked the Narwal area of Jammu on Saturday.
According to intelligence sources, two powerful explosions were in the vicinity within a 30-minute period. The first explosion happened at roughly 11 am, and five individuals were hurt. Almost 30 minutes later, a second explosion caused two injuries.
Mukesh Singh, additional director general of police for the Jammu zone, confirmed the incident. Six persons, according to him, were hurt during the incident. However, according to hospital sources, seven individuals were admitted with splinter wounds, which are all stable at the moment.
On the other hand, the state governor, Manoj Sinha, ordered urgent steps to identify and take action against those responsible.
“Such dastardly acts highlight the desperation and cowardice of those responsible. Take immediate and firm action. No efforts should be spared to bring the perpetrators to justice,” The Lt. Governor informed security personnel.
