‘Walloped’: Surf Coast residents told to shelter indoors as flash flooding hits Geelong

At least a dozen people have already been rescued in Geelong and authorities are warning people in the Otways of potentially life-threatening floods as a severe thunderstorm lashes parts of Melbourne.
