Hundreds of school students from various schools of the city formed a human chain and took an oath to abide by traffic rules and help save precious lives on the occasion of the 126th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. The oath was administered by ADG Kanpur zone Alok Singh.
