“It will be worthwhile to understand that there is a lag of 18 – 36 months from the time of purchase to the time of property registrations; therefore, while sales momentum continues, the registrations will be lower in 2022. This number will improve as projects approach completion,” said Vivek Rathi - Director of Research Knight Frank India.
