Louisiana sorority student Madison Brooks fatally struck by car after alleged rape

Three men and a teen have been arrested on rape charges after a 19-year-old Louisiana State University student was sexually assaulted after a night of drinking, dumped on the side of a road and fatally struck by a car, officials said.
